Dreamora Terms and Conditions for Purchases via the Online Store

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the procedure, manner and conditions for purchases made through the online store Dreamora.bg, owned by Profit Flow EOOD. By agreeing to them, the customer confirms that they are familiar with the terms and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Definitions

  • Seller: Profit Flow EOOD, Company ID (EIK): 206313406, VAT number: BG206313406.
  • Customer: A natural or legal person who places an order through the e-store.
  • Goods: Orthopedic pillows and other products offered by Dreamora.bg.
  • Sale price: The final price of the product including VAT, but excluding delivery costs.
  • Delivery: Carried out via the courier company Econt with cash on delivery (COD).

3. Registration and Ordering

  • The customer may place an order without registration or by creating a customer account.
  • After finalizing the order, the customer receives an email confirmation with the order details.
  • In the event of incorrectly entered data, the seller is not liable for improper fulfillment of the delivery.

4. Payment

  • The customer may pay for their order in the following ways:
    • Cash on delivery (COD): Payment to the courier upon delivery.
    • Credit/debit card: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro.
  • All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and euro (EUR), including VAT.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is made within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
  • The customer must ensure access and suitable conditions for accepting the delivery.
  • If delivery is not possible due to incorrectly provided information, the customer bears the cost of redelivery.

6. Returns and Complaints

  • The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use, together with all accompanying documents.
  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
  • The refund is issued within 15 business days after the return is approved.

7. Warranty

  • Dreamora products come with a quality guarantee. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer may request a replacement or a refund.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.

8. Personal Data

  • Dreamora processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
  • Customers' personal data is used solely for processing orders and is not disclosed to third parties.

9. Changes to the Terms

  • Dreamora reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the changes in the online store.
